All trades subject to the following conditions. If you shop at Airon Ltd, you accept these conditions.
Currency
By default, all prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars. GST of 15% will be added for New Zealand customers when checkout.
We accept following payment options.
- Bank transfer/deposit
- Cheque （in the shop）
The detailed information about the payment will be provided in the confirmation page of your order. When you have completed your online order, an Order Process email will be sent to the email address you registered at Airon Ltd. It also includes the detailed payment information. Goods will not be shipped until clearance of the full payment. An invoice will be posted to you after the purchase.
Availability
All orders are subject to the availability of products. If for any reason a product is not available, Airon Ltd will endeavour to notify the non-availability on this website. Airon Ltd may revise the range of products or the specification of any product at any time and without notice to the buyer.
Cancellation
Where products are listed on Airon Ltd's website with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Airon Ltd reserves the right to cancel the buyers order. Where the buyer has already made payment for an order that is subsequently cancelled by Airon Ltd, the later will refund the amount paid by the buyer in relation to that order.
Unless agreed in writing by Airon Ltd no goods will be accepted for credit after despatch. lf Airon Ltd agrees to accept the goods for credit, then Airon Ltd will credit the buyer the invoice value less the restock fee, less freight charges, on return in saleable condition of the items ordered, provided such return is within 7 days of despatch . No goods will be accepted for credit if the goods are found to be tampered with or damaged or disk seals are broken. Freight charges will not be credited.
Restock fee
All goods ordered in error by the buyer or goods the buyer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods current value, whichever is greater. It is customer responsibility to take care of their data backup and protection of it, also product must be returned in factory default condition.
Warranties
All products are covered by the manufacture's warranty. The period of a warranty varies from item to item.
All products are fully tested and recorded. Replacement or refund is guaranteed if the product is in faulty or is different from its description. The buyer should notice us and send it back within 3 days after receiving it.
If a product requires repair during the warranty period, the buyer is responsible for returning the product (or the defective component) to Airon or Airon appointed company for repair. Any damage to the product caused by the buyer’s improper packaging will be the buyer’s liability.
On arrival, the defected product will be tested. If a fault is found, the product will be repaired and will be sent back to the buyer free of charge. If Airon does not find any fault in the product, then Airon may send it to the supplier for further testing. If a fault is found, the supplier repairs the product and sends it back to the buyer free of charge. If there is no fault found at this stage, the buyer will be charged for all the cost of this test including any international freight if applicable. Once the payment is received the product will be sent back to the customer.
Airon does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from Airon are free of viruses or other harmful components. Airon will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Product Descriptions
Airon does not warrant the content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free although Airon attempts to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by Airon is different from its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Airon is not responsible for the contents of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the site. Airon expressly disclaims all liability for images, content, and opinion expressed on other sites that may be accessed through links on the Airon site. Likewise, Airon disclaims all liability for images, content, and opinion expressed on outside sites that choose to link to its page.
